Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,606 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chaperone-mediated autophagy, Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with FBXO27 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO27-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chaperone-mediated autophagy grouped by FBXO27-low versus FBXO27-high in PANCREAS.
