The most reproducible FBXO25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosome to lysosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway, Endosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway, and Multivesicular body organization. Each is linked with FBXO25 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO25-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO25 results are reported.
