Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO25 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher FBXO25 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and THYM show a favorable association.
LGG, THYM, and READ are the cancer types where FBXO25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
