FBXO17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, RAB23, and SARM1. Each is linked with FBXO17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO17 versus LRP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
