FBXO10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,651 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, STAP2, and TBC1D13. Each is linked with FBXO10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO10-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO10 versus PSIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
