Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO10 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FBXO10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and GBM show a favorable association.
ACC, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where FBXO10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
