Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,367 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with FBXL8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL8-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL8 results are reported.
