Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-393P, C9orf64, and SOD1P2. Each is linked with FBXL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL6-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
