FBXL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,518 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, TSC22D1, and DOCK9. Each is linked with FBXL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL3 versus NAXD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
