Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,527 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF12-AS2, KIF13B, and LIMK1. Each is linked with FBXL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL3 versus FGF12-AS2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
