FBXL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, C-Raf, and eIF4E. Each is linked with FBXL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by FBXL3-low versus FBXL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
