Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL19-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL19-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Protein localization to cytoskeleton, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with FBXL19-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL19-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL19-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by FBXL19-AS1-low versus FBXL19-AS1-high in THYM.
