Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL18 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXL18 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher FBXL18 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

LSCC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where FBXL18 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
