Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL17 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXL17 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher FBXL17 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where FBXL17 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
