FBXL17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,995 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAF7, YTHDC2, and NAXE. Each is linked with FBXL17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL17 versus TAF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
