FBXL17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with FBXL17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by FBXL17-low versus FBXL17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
