Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,193 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with FBXL17 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL17 results are reported.
