FBXL16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1, RPL27A, and RPS3A. Each is linked with FBXL16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL16-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL16 versus STUB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
