Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 242 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RNA5SP389, and RNA5SP161. Each is linked with FBXL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL14-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by FBXL14-low versus FBXL14-high in UCEC.
