FBXL13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,958 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH3, PEX1, and AFF4. Each is linked with FBXL13 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL13-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL13 versus MSH3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
