FBXL13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,117 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP9, IFT22, and PRKRIP1. Each is linked with FBXL13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL13-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL13 versus AKAP9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
