FBXL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,206 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRELD2, PIN1, and ADNP. Each is linked with FBXL12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL12-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL12 versus CRELD2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
