Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,768 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX18, ECI2, and IFNLR1. Each is linked with FBXL12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL12-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL12 versus COX18 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
