Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,094 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Negative regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with FBXL12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL12-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin grouped by FBXL12-low versus FBXL12-high in LIVER.
