Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBRSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,141 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX51, GCN1, and DDX54. Each is linked with FBRSL1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBRSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBRSL1 versus DDX51 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
