Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBRSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRRAP, PRPF4B_S294, and SF3B3. Each is linked with FBRSL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBRSL1 results are reported.
