FBRSL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBRSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPPR3, TTC9, and ANKLE1. Each is linked with FBRSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBRSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBRSL1 versus PLPPR3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
