Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBRSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and Bax. Each is linked with FBRSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBRSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FBRSL1-low versus FBRSL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
