FBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-24, OR6M2P, and MTCO2P24. Each is linked with FBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBP1-to-partner and partner-to-FBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-24 grouped by FBP1-low versus FBP1-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
