FBN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA6, WRAP73, and SERAC1. Each is linked with FBN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN3-to-partner and partner-to-FBN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA6 grouped by FBN3-low versus FBN3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
