FBN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,120 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO1C1, HSD17B6, and RNF167. Each is linked with FBN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1C1 grouped by FBN2-low versus FBN2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
