FBN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEO1, NUDCD2, and LIN52. Each is linked with FBN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN1-to-partner and partner-to-FBN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LEO1 grouped by FBN1-low versus FBN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
