Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and MYH11. Each is linked with FBN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN1-to-partner and partner-to-FBN1 results are reported.
