Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,322 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLEC3B, COL3A1, and FAP. Each is linked with FBLN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBLN2 results are reported.
