Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,888 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A2, FAP, and MYL9. Each is linked with FBLN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBLN2 versus COL5A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
