FBLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Ku80, and Lck. Each is linked with FBLN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by FBLN2-low versus FBLN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
