Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,024 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with FBLN2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-FBLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by FBLN2-low versus FBLN2-high in SKIN.
