FAXDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAXDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAXDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ60, RNA5SP61, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with FAXDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAXDC2-to-partner and partner-to-FAXDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ60 grouped by FAXDC2-low versus FAXDC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAXDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAXDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
