Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINDY1, SCD5, and HBA2. Each is linked with FAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT3-to-partner and partner-to-FAT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAT3 versus MINDY1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
