Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, c-Kit, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with FAT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT3-to-partner and partner-to-FAT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by FAT3-low versus FAT3-high in STAD.
