FAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,669 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP1_S185, S100A2, and KRT5. Each is linked with FAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT2-to-partner and partner-to-FAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAT2 versus PKP1_S185 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
