FAT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,485 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF15, BMI1, and FAM83A. Each is linked with FAT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT2-to-partner and partner-to-FAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAT2 versus KLF15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
