FAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with FAT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT2-to-partner and partner-to-FAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by FAT2-low versus FAT2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
