FAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,327 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB1, ITGAV, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with FAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT1-to-partner and partner-to-FAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAT1 versus ITGB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
