FAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, LRRC59, and CEP55. Each is linked with FAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT1-to-partner and partner-to-FAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by FAT1-low versus FAT1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
