FASTKD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTKD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTKD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXRED1, MTFP1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with FASTKD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTKD3-to-partner and partner-to-FASTKD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXRED1 grouped by FASTKD3-low versus FASTKD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTKD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTKD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
