FASTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,545 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSBP1, PDAP1, and ARHGEF5. Each is linked with FASTK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTK-to-partner and partner-to-FASTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASTK versus SSBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
