FASTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-119P, RN7SL413P, and LINC01928. Each is linked with FASTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTK-to-partner and partner-to-FASTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-119P grouped by FASTK-low versus FASTK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
