FASTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FASTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRH, FSHB, and NXNL1. Each is linked with FASTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTK-to-partner and partner-to-FASTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRH grouped by FASTK-low versus FASTK-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
