FAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,421 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, MIR3619, and TAS2R9. Each is linked with FAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAS-to-partner and partner-to-FAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by FAS-low versus FAS-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
